John, Frank, and Chuck Podcast

Welcome to the new(?) JFKFC podcast featuring comedian/impressionist Frank Caliendo, and Phoenix radio vets John Holmberg & Chuck Powell and producer Rich Page (aka Dick Toledo). As the guys try to figure out the logistics of starting a brand new podcast and where to go with it they rolled tape. So, here you can consider these audio clips a PRE podcast before a somewhat finished product debuts in the coming weeks. After introducing the players in the JFKFC podcast we tried to define the guys' roles. Including what for Chuck to do? Moderate? Lead? Keep notes? Continuing on with PRE-episode 1 we discussed Frank working on Political candidate voices during the election year. And how Ron Paul's voice sounds like the late Carol Channing which would then lead to a channing battle against mogul Donald Trump. Voice discussion turned to children and dogs in this segment. Chuck is now in his 40's and has always seen himself as having kids. He has yet to become a father however so we discussed being an older father and how sometimes when you do have kids all you want to do is get out of the house.

Episode 2 gets underway with John having an "uncooperative sock" which leads to research on the history of socks and somehow includes late actor Dom Deluise and a mention of Cannonball Run. Part 2 of Episode Two continues our wardrobe discussion and adds in the frustration of damp pants, mentions of Charles Barkley and a feature that will become a regular feature called "The Chuck Off" which has to be heard to be understood
